About Our Family

The South’s Only Immersive Reindeer Experience begins with our family.

The Reindeer Farm is a family-owned and operated farm in Bowling Green, Kentucky, where we share our love of reindeer and Christmas with friends and families each holiday season. What began as a dream has grown into an unforgettable Christmas tradition while still remaining true to our roots as a small family farm.

Every visit is designed to create meaningful memories through authentic experiences, one-of-a-kind animals, and genuine hospitality. From meeting our reindeer to enjoying family activities, our goal is simple—to help families slow down, spend time together, and leave saying, “Best. Christmas. Ever.”

Love it! Annual family tradition!!

We have gone 2 years in a row and I already cannot wait for next year! Our daughter was just 8 months old the first time we went and she absolutely loved all the animals! This year, she was 20 months and we took our infant daughter, as well. To say our oldest loved it, would be an understatement! The staff are so friendly and informative and the animals are so sweet and so much for the kiddos (and kids at heart) to meet and pet! We have already said that this will be an annual tradition for our family and I tell EVERYONE I know about it! If you’re wondering if you should go, the answer is YES!!!

Winter Magic

The Reindeer Farm is such a magical place in Bowling Green. There is fun for all ages. Even a wine truck for this mom of three 🍷 The animals are well cared for and the team members are kind and insightful. We learned so much about the reindeer and many of the other animals on the farm. And enjoyed warming up with S’mores around the camp fire. Can’t wait to return.

Who doesn’t love Reindeer? You have to go

Fantastic experience! This is a great activity for kids of all ages. I saw kids around 2 to 4 petting the rabbits and the pigs. I saw teenagers Singing karaoke. I saw people of all ages inside the reindeer pen laughing and having fun. I also have two nephews with “different“ abilities so I noticed there was a person in a wheelchair and a small child with a sitting walker and both seemed to be able to get around with no issues. I bring that up because sometimes people need to know this type information. The owners are so helpful and knowledgeable. All the kids I saw were thrilled to see Santa, Mrs Claus, the reindeer and all the other animals!

A new family Christmas tradition

This place was so wonderful to visit with my girls this past Christmas. The staff was so friendly, were around to answer questions about the reindeer, and help guest with other festivities they had available. We can’t wait to go again this Christmas. A new holiday tradition for us!

it was such an amazing day!

My nieces and I had our first visit to the Reindeer farm on Saturday the 16th and it was such an amazing day! Everything was perfect! The Reindeer encounter was the best part with getting to meet the beautiful Reindeer. We learned so much about them and the staff was so happy to answer questions we had. Every staff member there was full of the Christmas spirit and the girls and I loved that so much. There were so many little activities for the kids and the fire pits were a great added touch even though the weather was great. Thanks for providing such a happy place and sharing your babies with us! Merry Christmas and we will see you next year 🎅🏼

It’s a great way to spend a day!

We love the petting zoo area! Next time we’ll spring for the reindeer encounter. You don’t get to really pet them otherwise. Bring your own food though. They charge food truck prices for soggy food. The mulled wine is 👌🏼though. Our kids enjoyed the jungle gym, bounce house, watching the animals play, writing letters to Santa, and the snowball fight.
