Get up close and personal with Santa’s favorite animals!
Your guided group tour (max. 25 guests) includes:

• Reindeer education & fun facts

• Time inside the pen with our reindeer

• Memorable photo opportunities

• A chance to feed and interact with the herd (weather permitting)

Important:

• Arrive 15 minutes early — encounters are strictly scheduled

• Dress for the weather — this is an outdoor experience

• Book early — encounters fill up fast!

✅ Rules & Reminders

1. Arrive 15 minutes early — late arrivals will forfeit the encounter

2. No running or horseplay

3. Follow all staff instructions

4. Failure to comply = early dismissal without refund

5. Participation is at your own risk

6. Tickets may be rescheduled with 72 hours’ notice (based on availability)

7. For the health of our reindeer:

   • Goats & sheep carry deadly diseases to reindeer

   • If you’ve been around them, you must change clothes and shoes before visiting
