Private Baby Reindeer Encounter with Lux
This private experience is designed for groups of up to four guests. Encounters operate on a strict schedule, so please arrive on time for your reserved session.
Grab your boots and join us in the pen for an unforgettable visit with Lux, our baby reindeer! During your 30-minute encounter, you’ll learn all about Lux, enjoy plenty of time to interact with her, and capture memorable photos along the way.
Out-of-season encounters are completely private, meaning your group will have exclusive access during your scheduled time. While you’ll see our other reindeer from a distance, the hands-on, up-close portion of your experience will be with Lux.
The memories will last a lifetime!

1) Arrive for your scheduled encounter no more than 15 min early.
2) All children under 3 must be held while in the reindeer pen.
3) No strollers or car seats inside encounter area.
4) No running or horse play.
5) Must listen to staff members at all times
6) Failure to comply will end your encounter without refund.
7) You are participating at your own risk.
8) Tickets can be rescheduled with a 72 hour notice as long as we have the availability.
9) Sanitization is key to keeping our reindeer healthy. Goats and sheep are deadly to reindeer. If you have been around them you must change your clothes and shoes before visiting the farm.
10) Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult with paid admission to the reindeer encounter. -
